Our Commitment to Transparency

Welcome to Lulia Global Relief's Financial Transparency page. As an organization dedicated to assisting orphans and vulnerable families, we are committed to being fully transparent about how your generous contributions are managed and utilized.

Lulia Global Relief was officially registered as a non-profit organization in 2025. Our goal is to ensure that the maximum possible percentage of every donation directly supports our programs and beneficiaries. We adhere strictly to all required state and federal reporting standards.

Financial Reporting Timeline

As a newly registered non-profit, our financial reporting cycle is aligned with the calendar year (or fiscal year end).

  • First Reporting Period: Our initial fiscal year will conclude on December 31, 2025.

  • Availability of First Report: We are legally required to file our first financial reports (such as the IRS Form 990 in the United States, or an equivalent annual return) in the following year. We anticipate publishing our complete first-year financial report and statement on this page no later than November 2026, after the necessary government filings have been completed and approved by our board.

What to Expect in Our Reports

Once published, our Financial Reports will provide a detailed breakdown of the organization's income and expenses, including:

  • Program Service Expenses: The total amount spent directly on assisting families (e.g., housing, education, meals, direct aid).

  • Administrative Expenses: Costs related to running the charity (e.g., accounting, legal fees).

  • Fundraising Expenses: Costs incurred to generate donations and secure grants.

  • A copy of our official government tax filing (e.g., IRS Form 990).

Our Assurance: While you wait for our first official report, we want to assure all our Partners that every recurring donation and one-time gift is immediately allocated and tracked toward achieving our mission. We maintain meticulous records internally to ensure financial integrity from day one.
