  • To Send Periodic Communications: We may use the email address to send updates pertaining to a Donor's partnership, organizational news, and requests for support, provided the User has opted in.

  • To Personalize User Experience: We may use aggregate information to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

3. How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, and transaction data. Sensitive and private data exchange (including payment processing) between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted. We utilize third-party payment processors and do not store full credit card details on our servers.

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. By accessing or using the Service, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lulia Global Relief and its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States (as our primary jurisdiction).

3. Partnership and Recurring Donations (Donor Commitment)

Lulia Global Relief offers structured, recurring partnership packages. By selecting a package, the Donor enters into a recurring monthly donation commitment and authorizes us to charge their designated payment method the specified monthly amount until canceled (see Section 6 of the Refund Policy). Details regarding the specific monthly amount and commitment levels are available on our dedicated partnership page.

  • Use of Funds & Allocation: All funds are directed toward assisting orphans and vulnerable families. While your contribution is associated with a specific support level, all donated funds are pooled to ensure sustainable and impactful assistance to all beneficiaries. Lulia Global Relief reserves the right to reallocate donations to where funds are most needed while maintaining donor intent as much as reasonably possible.

  • Voluntary Nature: All contributions are voluntary and are not an exchange for any goods, services, or ownership stake.

4. User Conduct

The User agrees not to use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the Service's operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lulia Global Relief, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

♻️ Refund and Cancellation Policy


This policy governs the refund and cancellation of donations, specifically relating to the recurring Partnership Packages offered by Lulia Global Relief through lulia.org.

1. General Policy on Partnerships

All monthly partnership contributions are considered non-refundable once the charge has been processed for that specific month, as these funds are immediately allocated to support vulnerable families.

2. Limited Exceptions for Refund

A refund for a processed contribution may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical/Processing Error: If a demonstrable technical error resulted in an unintended duplicate charge or an incorrect amount charged.

  • Unauthorized Use: If the charge was made fraudulently or without the Donor's explicit authorization.

3. Procedure for Refund Request

All requests for a refund due to an exception must be made in writing to info@lulia.org within 3 business days of the original charge date. The request must include the Donor's name, contact information, date of charge, amount, and a detailed reason for the refund request.

4. Chargeback Policy & Dispute Resolution

We urge Donors to contact us immediately to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution.

  • Donor Communication: Donors should always contact Lulia Global Relief directly via info@lulia.org or +1 949 264 0406 before initiating any dispute process.

  • Chargeback Consequences: Filing false or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension of the Donor's account and termination of their ability to make future contributions to Lulia Global Relief.

5. Automatic Billing Disclosure (Recurring Partnerships)

By enrolling in a Partnership Package, you authorize Lulia Global Relief (or its authorized payment processor) to automatically charge your designated payment method the specified monthly donation amount.

  • Billing Frequency: Charges will occur on a monthly basis on or around the date of your initial enrollment.

  • Statement Appearance: Charges will typically appear on your financial statement as "LULIA GLOBAL RELIEF" or "LULIA ORG DONATION."

  • How to Stop Automatic Billing: To stop recurring charges, you must follow the cancellation process outlined in Section 6 below.

6. Partnership Cancellation and Modification

The Donor has the right to cancel their monthly partnership commitment or modify their package level at any time.

  • Cancellation Process: You may cancel or modify your recurring commitment by contacting us directly via email at info@lulia.org or by phone at +1 949 264 0406.

  • Effective Date: Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled monthly debit date. If the request is received after this deadline, the next scheduled payment will be processed, and the cancellation will take effect for the subsequent month.

  • Modification: Changes to your partnership level (upgrade/downgrade) will also take effect on your next scheduled billing date, subject to the same notice period.

7. Donation Receipts and Tax Summaries

We are committed to providing you with the necessary documentation for your tax records.

  • Monthly Receipts: Receipts for each monthly donation are typically automatically issued to the email address on file immediately after the transaction is successfully processed.

  • Annual Tax Summary: Lulia Global Relief will issue an annual tax summary or statement detailing your total contributions for the preceding calendar year, usually by January 31st of the following year.

8. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved by Lulia Global Relief, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days and returned via the original method of payment.
